Hi, I’m Alison. I have 37 years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse, and through my own experience of illness and being diagnosed with a long-term health condition, I became deeply aware that many people need more ongoing, practical support to truly improve their wellbeing.
This personal journey, alongside my nursing background, led me to train as Health Coach.
This allows me to support people not just clinically, but holistically, in making realistic, sustainable changes to their health and daily lives.
HOW I CAN HELP
I offer calm, supportive health coaching to help you feel more balanced, rested and confident in your health, both now and for the long term.
This clinic is a gentle space for those living with stress, poor sleep, long-term health conditions, chronic pain or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed by everyday life. My aim is to support you in building sustainable habits that improve wellbeing, energy levels and quality of life, without pressure or perfection.
Health coaching here focuses on the whole person. Together, we explore lifestyle, sleep, stress, foods, emotional wellbeing and daily routines. Alongside this, coaching provides gentle accountability, helping you stay focused, supported and encouraged as you make changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are managing a long-term health condition, chonic pain, struggling with sleep, lack of energy or wanting to feel more like yourself again, this space is here to support you in living your best life, with compassion, clarity and ongoing support.
